By confirming a booking or making an advance payment, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>1. Spa, Salon &amp; Wellness Treatments<\/h3><p>To ensure therapist availability and proper preparation, the following policy applies:<\/p><ul><li>Cancellations made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled treatment:<br \/>Advance payment or deposit may be refunded or rescheduled, subject to availability.<\/li><li>Cancellations made on the day of the treatment:<br \/>All deposits or advance payments are non-refundable and will be considered forfeited.<\/li><li>No-Show:<br \/>Failure to attend the scheduled treatment without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of any payment made.<\/li><li>Late Arrival:<br \/>Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next guest. The full treatment price will still apply.<\/li><\/ul><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>2. Topeng Private Space \/ Event Reservations<\/h3><ul><li>Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled event:<br \/>Deposit may be refunded or used for rescheduling, subject to availability.<\/li><li>Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled event or on the event day:<br \/>The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.<\/li><li>No-Show:<br \/>Failure to attend the event without prior notification will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.<\/li><\/ul><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>3. Taksu Restaurant (Dining Reservations)<\/h3><p>For all restaurant reservations, any advance payment or deposit made is non-refundable, regardless of whether the cancellation is made before or on the day of the reservation.<\/p><p>Advance payments are treated as operational commitment and preparation costs.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>4. Cancellation &amp; Rescheduling Procedure<\/h3><p>All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via:<\/p><ul><li>Official WhatsApp number : <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/6281138835555\">0811-3883-5555<\/a><\/li><li>Official email of Taksu<\/li><li>Verification: Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from our reservation team.<\/li><li>Rescheduling: Subject to availability and management approval. Rescheduling is generally permitted only once per booking.<\/li><\/ul><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>5.
