Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle non-invasive hands-on modality that supports the individual to connect with the natural healing forces.<\/p>\n
Through the years of training in various healing system based on osteopathy for supporting the body mind and spirit also training in trauma release and mediation, the practitioner facilitates each individual in a gentle way supported by the original matrix of health to release old patterns and come home to a state of health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n
This therapy is wonderful for but not limited to settling the nervous system, rebalancing the hormonal system, stress management, trauma release, chronic pain and illness relief, stillness, and peace of mind.<\/p>\n
It begins with initial sharing and intake from you then briefing and connection with Andy. Then with clothes on, you will lay on the table and Andy (based on what you need) will start at a certain area of the body with a gentle hand position.
