Depending upon the type of event, or events, you are planning the questionnaire will automatically provide questions and options specific to your choices. Some answers are mandatory and are noted with a red star while many are optional. The more information you are able to give us the more detailed and timely response we can provide you.

The purpose of this question is to recommend the appropriate venues and services for each segment of your program.
Please indicate if you will have days off during your program and if so when.
Taksu offers a range of bespoke personal programs with an exceptionally talented and dedicated team from around the world. Programs can be a few days or a few months depending on what your desires and goals are.
While each program is unique and stands alone several can be combined in complementary synergy.
The questions below are helpful to assist us in creating and curating your optimum program. some are health oriented so if you are planning a writing retreat or sabbatical they may not be applicable to you. They are optional and you may answer them as simply or as extensively as you desire or not at all.
Many people have chosen these programs both pre and post other trainings to both prepare and integrate the core training.
Taksu programs focus on wellness, joy and integration of Body, Mind and Spirit. Our facilities, services and staff support the process and the journey.
VIP meeting service is available by special request. Our VIP agent will meet you in the baggage claim area after you clear immigrations to assist you with luggage and customs clearance and take you to your driver. The fee for this service is $35.00 per person.
If you are traveling with only personal items then this may not be necessary however if you are bringing in items for an event or program that may be subject to customs duty we highly recommend this service.
Airport transfers to and from the Ubud area are generally about $28.00 for up to 3 passengers. For larger programs and events airport transportation for the organizer may be complementary.
Your request(s) will assist us in providing you with the driver(s) most suited to your needs. Some drivers are best at tours and sightseeing while only a few are suited for business purposes.
Taksu Event Spaces are available for rental as room only and as part of complete packages. Examples of available packages are listed in the section below. Final room costs depend upon your requirements and what additional services are included. The cost estimator is for estimation purposes only as the actual cost will be based on your individual contract. Prices are exclusive of required 10% government goods and services tax.
Conditions: A deposit of 50% for the entire booking is required to hold desired space. If cancelled 45 days in advance a 25% refund will be made. Cancellations 30 days in advance a 15% refund will be made. Cancellations less than 30 days are non refundable. Rental rates can be negotiated if food and beverage and/or spa services are included in the contract.
Percentage Revenue Share Basis: This arrangement is available only for single events booked where admission is charged. Must be booked at least three weeks in advance. Taksu cannot guarantee participant numbers. Taksu will assist with marketing through our social media and electronic platforms. Additional paid marketing options are available including both print and electronic media as well as our extensive social media networking. Event tickets must be priced to include mandatory 10% government tax. The share basis is 60% to Organizer & 40% to Taksu after 10% tax deduction.
Rooms are priced as 2 hours, 4 hours or half day and 8-10 hours or full days. Options for longer hours are available upon inquiry.

Taksu offers a complete range of support services and equipment to enhance your program. Our graphics and web department can design and print special menus, brochures, manuals, banners and other materials.
Broadband WiFi is available throughout our property.
We offer a complete menu of AV services including audio and video recording, editing and duplication.
Equipment and services each have individual pricing however these are usually adjusted based upon the complete event package. Longer programs or those including spa and restaurant services reduce the individual charges for equipment and other services. When we have a complete picture of everything you require we will put together an individual cost proposal.
We offer complete photo and video documentation of events as well as reproduction on CD, DVD and USB Flash Drive for participants and prospective clients. Our cloud storage provides online access of recorded events that may be downloaded by based on your preferences. Live Streaming of events is possible with special advanced arrangements. Video editing and stock photography are available to enhance your final presentation.
Prices for these services are based on your program details.
Taksu has on staff and within our circle of friends professionals in several fields who are able to and have presented at numerous trainings. These local professionals, from around the world and within Indonesia, offer valuable information at lower costs than speakers and presenters brought in from outside Indonesia.
Below are a list of fields that we have professionals locally to give presentations whether simple introductions to extended trainings. Please check the fields that you are interested in offering and we will provide additional information.
Taksu's resources of design and manufacturing enable us to design and make products to support specific programs and participants lifestyle. Since all of this is handled in country there are no shipping and customs fees. With our partnership program there is no direct expense to the organizer and a percentage of revenue is shared with the organizer. The only direct expense are items that are specifically customized for a group which means they are targeted for that group only.
An example of one of our collections are products that are specific for Yoga, Bodywork and Movement practitioners. These include yoga and movement accessories, mat and other bags, mat holders, props, clothing, jewelry, travel accessories, banners, room decorations, essential oils, natural lotions and other items.
We realize that running a program is more than a full time job and the idea of adding anything more can seem overwhelming. We know this from direct experience which is why we have made this program as effortless as possible. Three options are available: 1) Products are set up within the training space so participants can explore them during breaks. 2) Products are set up in a separate location as a satellite store near the training area. 3) Products are setup in our Galeria located a hundred meters from our main Taksu entrance. In all three scenarios we can provide staff to handle sales at specific times in the first two scenarios or full time at our Galeria. This removes any burden from you the organizer to oversee product sales and stocking.
We are fully licensed and experienced in worldwide export which means if students wish to purchase selections at wholesale for resale within their own business we are happy to work with them. You, as the organizer, will receive an override commission on export sales from your group. Our preferred wholesale pricing is available to the organizers for export orders.
An essential element of every program is the invaluable information that is presented. Sales of both audio and video recordings were always the top seller in all of our directors programs. Years of experience streamlined the process and now recordings can be dowloaded from password protect cloud storage so participants do not need to carry anything with them and the long process of reproduction of CDs, DVDs, and Flash Drives is eliminated.
Taman Taksu Garden Cafe and Riverview Terrace are set in our botanical, aquaponic and hydroponic gardens. Both of these areas may be combined for larger parties and events. These jungle spaces are our most popular as they offer an experience of dining in nature.
The Chill Zone is a casual setting for families or small gatherings. Two Japanese style sunken dining spaces in a three sided open air pavilion.
Fresh is our award winning Raw/Vegan/Vegetarian Restaurant located on the second level of our main building overlooking our medicinal garden and pool. Fresh has its own kitchen, staff and table service to assure purity of all raw/vegan/vegetarian dishes
Topang is our private roof top dining area with two wings which can accommodate larger groups or be configured for dining and buffet, dining and presentations or dining and cocktails.
Our Main Events Pavilion and Kirana Pavilion may be set for private dining or as part of a dinner theater experience with performances. The Events Pavilion is adjacent to our Garden Kitchen with salad and buffet bars so guest may enjoyed a served or buffet meal.
Our Upper Bales offer intimate private dining for couples, families or small groups.
For Spa Groups we have seating in our day spa for lunch.

Multi day meal plans are available from completely raw/vegan/vegetarian to international and Indonesian gourmet dishes.
We also offer complete detox programs which may be part of your program or offered as an option to participants for an additional charge.
We offer a tours of our gardens, demonstrations of traditional Balinese and Indonesian cooking, herb and spice education and the use of natures gifts for optimum health and enjoyment.
Coffee and Teas are a passion. We have one of the few professional coffee roasters on the island and our roast masters search out the best and rarest beans in Bali and throughout Indonesia. Our Ubud Coffee Roastery just across from our main entrance is one of the top rated coffee houses in Bali. Our Teas are sourced from Indonesian and around the world.

We distinguish two types of groups.
Tour groups include all cultural, activity, spa groups whose primary focus is not on a dedicated training with outcomes specific to that training.
These are groups whose focus is on specific training whether Yoga Teacher Training, Bodywork, Healing Modalities, Corporate Trainings that will enhance participants skill base and may offer CEU or Contact Hours.

Each event is tailored to your specific vision, requirements and budget.
While these are usually done as dinners they can also be tailored for welcome breakfast or lunch depending upon your program details.
Spa programs can focus on Aesthetics which is looking and feeling better, Health and Wellness which are designed to assist in healing, stress reduction, recovery and rejuvenation. Detox programs are available both fully supervised and as a part of other programs.
Most of our programs are specifically tailored to our guests and groups and include specific services, meals, and activities.
Taksu Galeria located a hundred meters from Taksu showcases many of our creations on five floors. We have workshops in Bali and Java as well as partnering with leading artists and designers in Bali, Indonesia and throughout Southeast Asia.
We have produced private label lines for several international companies and specialize in creating unique pieces and entire collections.
